Company Overview:

The company was established in 1989 in Tucson, Arizona by company founder Tom Stevenson under the original name of Pusch Ridge Software.  The name 'Pusch Ridge' came from a very scenic and inspiring view of the mountains north of Tucson.  A portion of these Catalina mountains was named Pusch Ridge and was close to our original office location, hence the company name.

The initial focus of the company was engineering consulting and software development, specializing in producing custom designed predictive software.  The firm subsequently moved into wider areas of software development and during this time the company worked with numerous businesses in the southwestern U.S.  In the mid 1990s the firm gained international recognition for designing the award winning Easton Arrow Flight Simulator (EAFS) for Easton Sports, a program that helped archers and archery businesses to optimize arrow size selection.  

In 1996, the company added business consulting to it's list of services.  These new areas included the area of business plan development, management consulting, operations, financial, management consulting and working with startup level companies.  The reason for adding these services was that Tom Stevenson completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship from The University of Arizona in 1997.  This perennial top 10 program specializes in business plan development, venture funding, company valuations, plan presentations and all pertinent areas for new venture companies.  During this time period, late 1990s, there were many technology and startup venture opportunities happening and combining the company's two areas of expertise worked very well.  Over the next five years the firm continued to work on numerous IT & engineering technology projects as well as business consulting projects.  These areas continued to evolved into the area of business decision making, or helping businesses to utilize technolgoy to deal with large amounts of information, of complex information, to make better business decisions. 

In 2003/2004, the company started a transition and relocated to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where it resides today.  In Oklahoma, the company was renamed as Pusch Ridge Solutions, LLC. 

The current company focus includes:

• Award winning Information Technology & Engineering Solutions: We develop business decision making project solutions which can be deployed on the web, via intranet, or via software on a PC.  From straight forward to very complex, we've done them.  Our featured MoreReal technology business decision making projects include simulations, forecasting, preditions and optimization projects for companies in a variety of industries.  As those computer program based projects always need appropriate deployment on either Web, intranet, or PC platforms, we also have appropriate expertise in those areas.  We also partner with other technology companies to fulfill common projects.
• Business Consulting including award winning business plan development: 
  - Business Plan Development: performing all aspects of plan development, assisting with and performing presentations, developing complete financial statement 'pro formas',  assisting with company formation and legal entity decisions, and assisting with all the other relevant venture areas.
  - Operations & Financial Consulting: from running business units, to doing turn-around projects, to filling temporary CFO and COO roles, to performing 'change agent' roles with evolving companies, to performing a variety of business and operations analysis projects, having appropriate expertise in business consulting also helps us to better develop our business decision making technical solutions.
